I&#39;m impressed with Berlin, great vibe and very safe. A good food scene and more reviews to do but straight after landing we headed to Dom Curry, just on the edge of the Gendermanmarkt. A sunny hot day and beautiful surroundings. This could only mean a Currywurst, with fries, mayo and of course a cold,cold beer. The wurst is served in real china plates based on the paper ones that other stalls use. Little silver forks and lots of comfy chairs to sit on around the &#39;cabin&#39; that serve this great staple up nearly all day and night. Lovely service as well, so perfect. The food was simple, historic and great value at under €10 including the beer. Go here and chill, enjoy and reflect...remember there&#39;s another stand down the road that you can stop off at but Dom C is one of the best.

Note: This place closes at 6:00 pm, so go there for lunch or an early supper. There&#39;s really no reason to,order anything other than the Berlin specialty, &quot;curry wurst&quot; -- a mild curry sausage chopped and served with a sweetish tomato sauce (ketchup, basically). The boulette (meatball) is OK, especially with mustard, but we really wished we&#39;d just ordered more curry wurst. Prices are extremely reasonable and there&#39;s a good selection of bottled beers and wines.
