On a plus side, the pizza arrived quickly and were very nice. However, part of a large group whose pre paid booking was not logged. Attempted to move us on as a result. Dirty table cloths and rushed in to ordering as a result of their mistake. Some staff much more friendly than others. I think there are much better looking alternatives in the very near vicinity.

When we arrived, there was barely any hot food left which had gone cold with all hot plates turned off. When we queried this, the clearly irritated chef took our plates (which included salad etc) and microwaved it to heat it up, acting as if we were being unreasonable. With our now lukewarm pasta and salad leaves we discovered the only cutlery available were dessert spoons and dessert forks. Not completely useless but hardly ideal. The manager had promised the fresh cheese pasta was "the best", so we were naturally eager to try it. Upon asking whether we could have some, the female chef looked extremely disgruntled and begrudgingly began cooking it for us. We almost felt guilty for asking. We were told "2 minute wait for the pasta", however 15/20 minutes later we still had not received anything. Eventually it turned up and was bland but at least warm! Everything else tasted of cardboard (which is being generous). After such a dreadful and almost laughable experience, when we received the bill we requested a small discount due to the numerous complaints. The waiter immediately raised his voice and became confrontational and rude. We calmly pointed out everything wrong with the meal, he heatedly argued that €12.90 for a bowl of fresh cheesy pasta is cheaper than anywhere else in the area. When we pointed out that even the fresh pasta was late and everything else was cold and frankly woeful he became more and more agitated which was frustrating. Eventually he knocked one meal off the bill so we decided to pay before it escalated out of control. Long story short: if you like food to be warm and taste relatively decent, avoid this place like the plague. Worst customer service I\ve ever experienced.
