餐厅的大厨将羊腿与新鲜的迷迭香 大蒜 西红柿和红酒以及一小点薄荷慢慢炖 整根的羊腿也很入味了 色香味都给满分了 羊肉会比猪排好切很多 也不会有红酒的酸味 推荐
牛肉说是安格斯牛肉 经过小火慢炖 但口感上来说就是酱卤牛腱子的味道 味道很适合中国胃 非常大一份 这款可以配一个黑布丁土豆泥 略带辣味配在一起会很好吃
蜜汁猪排的味道 有配一小罐甜辣酱 就是猪排太难切了 口感整体偏咸 烟熏味还很重的 这份可以配一个芝士土豆泥 加一点甜口会更好吃
苏格兰蛋 一定要吃喔 可以点配菜的一个小的单份 猪肉糜包裹着提前水煮过的鸡蛋 搓成圆形后再裹上一层面包粉过油炸 炸好的苏格兰蛋真的是超级好吃 外层酥脆 口感多层且丰富 中间的鸡蛋仍保留溏心的状态 旁边还配有酸奶油大蒜风味酱汁 一定要吃喔！
说是各种时令蔬菜煮出的汤 也喝不出来都有啥 酸酸的 有种番茄浓汤加了罗勒叶的风味 可真是太开胃了 要是觉得味道太浓郁 可以加一小块黄油 或者蘸着土豆烤饼一起吃
We chanced upon this restaurant on a visit to a local music shop. A Croatian restaurant was going to be a bit different perhaps, and so we went in. The children ordered schnitzel, and I went for the Zagreb platter. Three large salads appeared, as seems normal in Germany, preceded by drinks which in my case was a glass of Croatian black beer - which I must recommend. Then three groaning plates arrived. The schnitzels were applauded by the children; and my Zagreb platter included a large skewer of shoulder of pork pieces (raznjici), 2 pork steaks, and two cevapcici, a minced meat kebab, with rice and pommes frites. It was an amazing amount of meat. But quantity did not come at the expense of quality. Everything was very well cooked. Service was friendly, and we left with smiles on our faces and a slight stagger brought on through overeating.
