A very typical, hip Berlin bar. Rotbart (Red beard) definitely made an impact on me by playing really really good music which reminded me of my time as a teenager. Instead of boring lounge music or contemporary pop, they played music ranging from The Postal Service to Portishead and Massive Attack. It\s a very cozy bar, with lots of comfortable couches and chairs which are inviting you to lounge around and chat for hours since the drinks are quite cheap.

Rotbart is located in Neukolln area crowded with nice bars where you could chill out while listening good music, enjoying draft beer and not needing to go out for a cigarette. The thing that makes it different from others is the stand up comedy night on Thursday\s. Hosts are great, performers are newcomers and professionals visiting Berlin and the overall atmosphere is great so that after couple of Thursday\s you start feeling as being around mates you know for quite some time already. Beer of the house is quite good even tough not so cheap but worth the price anyway. If you happen to be in Berlin on Thursday do not miss it and on other days drop by if you are crawling the pubs of Neukolln.
