ok food; serves very late. convenient if staying in the 8th. lots of locals. sit INSIDE if you want to avoid the smoke. the sidewalk is full of smokers.

Steak frites for lunch with snails as the starter. My steak was not medium/rare but closer to well done which was a shame. My partners was cooked to perfection though and the meat had great flavour, the chips/fries were excellent and the same was the bearnaise sauce. We really enjoyed the wine they recommended and it\s just a lovely place, especially if you can get a table outside. One waiter was very friendly and helpful, the other was acting like he didn\t like being there. Overall I find this place to be worth a visit if you are close to the Eiffel Tower. Classic French cuisines and the other guests appeared to be very pleased with the food they had ordered.

I sat at a table outside at lunch. One other table was occupied. Initially service was prompt....but, no bread, no water, no mustard or pepper. I waited 10 minutes before going inside to ask for these items after my meal was served. What irked me was that there were 3 wait staff smoking and talking on cell phones at the door, not 10 feet from my table! When I pointed this out to the person I dealt with, I got a shoulder shrug. The food was good but the service ruined the experience.
