The chain - Belgian I think - sells seasonal foods - cooking, creating and providing a great range of sandwiches, salads, soups etc. The premises looked impeccable and lots of people were in the place. The food is certainly different - eg a goat cheese and sundried tomato baguette. Unfortunately the baguette was on a raisin baguette. The food is tasty but it\s much more expensive - but if you\re after something that\s fresh, different and seasonal then give it a go but for the price it\s average.

In a nearly empty airport there was a huge queue built up as a manager spent 10 minutes in discussion with 2 staff, leaving one poor girl to try to cope with the demand. He should be aware that the staff are there to serve customers. The backlog was still there half an hour later when I walked past and yet it seemed to be the only place to get food in the UK departure terminal. ABYSMAL.
