This is our second trip to Paris and we\ve already been to this cosy restaurant four times. We always have an enjoyable time here. The menu is seasonal and the ingredients are mostly organic. There is a large selection of wine so we always ask Dominque for recommendations. The quality of food and service here keeps us coming back! Chef Junko integrates some Japanese flavours into her dishes which we appreciate. These are usually in the form of sauces which are served on the side to the mains. As for desserts, I personally love the matcha creme brulee. The warm people at Le Caviste Bio made our dining experience all the more memorable. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cosy dining experience with quality food and wine!

Privileging bio products and wines that follow this spirit, although Dominique abandoned \vins nature\ due to the natural instability of the lack of added \sulfites\ (SO3), Le Caviste Bio, proposes also the classic \planchas\ of ham and/or cheese, including Italian \burrata\ and a set of pleasant desserts. Small, convivial with it\s long table \comptoir\ style, it\s a wonderful place to taste some exquisite wines over tapas or a \real\ meal prepared by the sweet hand of Junko Kawasaki, all under a fair price. I\ll definitely be back.

Table d\Hôtes experience \to the max\. Excellent food and an extensive choice of wines ensures both a perfect night out or - in our case - business get together. Definitely worth a detour when in Paris!
