I was at the Cosmos several times to take a tea and enjoy the free wifi access, if you are in the surrounding of Eiffel Tower or in Paris 15 is a good place to go not only for tea but is also good for a lunch. The place is very nice, the service is nice :)

The place is very nice and the food was tasty. I love my salad with honey and goat cheese. The waitres was very polite.
