Before a walk at the cemetery we went to this place. A very nice place for lunch with big portions. The quality of the food was good and tasty, even the taste of the homemade mayonaise was very nice. If I will be in the neighbourhood some time again, I will definately have lunch here.

Lovely service and good hearty french food. Excellent for lunch. Right next to the cementsry. Quite reasonable price.

We found this restaurant after a gruelling trek around the Pere-la-Chase cemetery in the South of Paris. This is a family run restaurant, a typical Parisian bistro, run by immigrants! It sits in a sector with numerous Islamic influences, across the street from a halal butcher. However, the food is excellent, and the service top notch. My daughter ordered the steak tartare-and our waiter whispered to me that this was not cooked-(in case a mistake had been made), but was happy to be reassured. I ordered the calve\s liver. Both were superb. Washed down with a Languedoc red wine, this ranks as possibly the best meal we had in the city.
