I went to this place for a quick lunch with my mum. And it\s a really nice place with lovely staff. I had the beef tatar which was so amazing. I think also the fries and the mayonnaise were homemade. Everything was fresh and delicious.

I really liked this small bistro, situated just a few yards away from Place de la Republique but a mile away from the usual Paris tourist traps. The place is simply decored, but offers a warm and friendly welcome. I was offered popcorn to snack on as I made my choice. I opted for salmon tartare, and this Paris classic staple was lifted by the addition of nori and sesame seed for that sushi taste. The accompanying salad was fresh and colourful. Totally enjoyable. I hope to return.
