Originally meant for a quick lunch, turned out to be a two hours meal ! Simple but nice drinks and food selection, I recommend the americano for aperitif. Make sure to go up to first floor balcony !

Yet somehow the place is always kind of busy with locals, and very busy if it\s a sunny weekend day. You can stand at the bar for "un express" or a glass of wine, sit outside and watch a busy intersection behave as it has for a century or two, or watch the big game inside. Typical Pars: waiters will remember you and are nicer after a few visits.
