My husband and I went here one evening. We had a pichet (carafe) of the house red wine, which was okay. We were served a starter of cucumber and tomato salad, which was excellent. We had the fondue savoyarde and the chocolate fondue, both of which were very good. The chocolate fondue is served with fruits-- so it is not too heavy. Overall, a fun and satisfying fondue place.

I had the pleasure to visit Heureux Comme Alexandre through a CITY Discovery self tour guide.... The tour included private wine tasting, Heureux Comme Alexandre (dinner), and a jazz club. We got their a little late however they were very accomadating... they made us feel welcome and the FUDUE was really good... this was my first time having fudue... the other ladies in my party also had a ball !!!!

This is the only meal during our entire week in Paris that was disappointing. After reading the favorable reviews, we thought we were in for a treat. I think the owner/waiter was more interesting in local students. Service was so-so. Several times we had to ask for something. The bread and meat for the cheese fondue and oil were plentiful and the cheese fondue tasty. We were given no sauces and did not know they were an option until we were done and saw another table get them. Pretty expensive for what we had. Wine was not good, watered down or just really cheap. Wish we had gone elsewhere.
