Stumbled across this small change near the hotel. Having visited the Alsace before it was a bonus to find such lovely food on the block of my hotel. We tried a number of Flam\s including the tummy desert ones. Service was excellent, to say we didn\t eat until after 10pm. Definitely worth a visit and I recommend the chilled Pinot Noir

Flam\s specialty is similar to a white (without tomato) pizza with a very thin dough. Although most of the flams hae bacon as their main ingredients, the selection is quite varied. We had four different types and shared, they were very tasty, and filling yet light. A very nice, inexpensive meal the whole family enjoyed.
