After 2 days of not-so-great dining experiences, we were referred to this quaint spot by a friend who had studied in Paris several years earlier. We stopped in after 9:30pm and were seated immediately. We proceeded to enjoy the best french meal we\d had since arriving in the city. Highly recommend!

We had a nice dinner at LPC a few days ago. Our dinner reservation was made by our hotel concierge and we were welcomed with a glass of champagne upon arrival. I had escargot and steak frites that were excellent. In fact, I have longed for another plate of those snails ever since. My husband had a goat cheese salad and lamb curry that was also excellent. Most of the restaurant servers were very hospitable although we did experience the sullen and unfriendly woman that other reviewers have commented on. When we experienced her rudeness I thought she was just having a bad day. How sad that she lives like that every day. If you find yourself near the Opera house, be sure to stop by this lovely bistro for a meal.
