Located within a 10-15 minute walk from the base of the Eiffel Tower, 10 minute taxi to the Louvre and a bunch of places to eat this is perfect for a short getaway break. Our room was more than adequate, we didn\t get one with a view of the Eiffel Tower but that did cost an extra €200 per night I believe so not worth it in my opinion. The amenities were fine although it would have been great if there were tea making facilities in the room but they did offer this in reception (€2 per drink) so you did have an option. The breakfast was €15 per person which we didn\t opt for as we wanted to explore the city. The hotel staff were ok, they didn\t offer anything more than facilitating our checking-in and checking-out really but that was fine as we didn\t have any problems. For those bothered about the TV, there are limited channels, only 1 English speaking channel - BBC World News but we didn\t really put this on. A quaint hotel in the heart of Paris that ticked all the boxes in terms of style and location. Would stay here again

We were very hungry and came across this place. Very disappointed. We ordered 2 risottos which had no flavour. They were supposedly different recipes but just tasted of cream and nothing else. White wine was flat and horrible. The decor is in need of a SERIOUS refurbishment. So old fashioned and run down with broken furniture stacked up in places. The wall behind us had lots of splatter marks, as if food or drink had been spilt and never cleaned. Staff were friendly enough. Would not recommend.
