We were lucky enough to visit Corcoran’s during St. Patrick’s Day. They gave everyone a free hat. The bar has a very fun environment. Great beer, like Guinness, on tap and super affordable. The staff was on top of everything. The second we entered, we got a beer right away and immediately had people following up with us whenever our glasses got close to empty.

Whenever I am in Paris, I like to swing to this pub for a drink. It is only a few steps away from the Saint Michel metro station (exit near the fountain) and walking distance from Notre Dame (5 minutes). It is a typical Irish pub with a limited selection of beers though (5 or 6 maybe). I have not tried their food but the draught Guinness was fine (7 EUR for a pint). The staff speak English and the majority of visitors are from abroad. There is always some sports going on on the TV and sometimes they have live music as well. A nice place to spend an evening with friends.
