I came here 9 years ago and remembered how much I loved the food. Well, I\m still impressed. The spring rolls are so good. They are served with fresh lettuce and mint,we had the pork. The specialties we had were excellent. The poulet frit setchouen was breaded lightly and cut to perfection . We also had boeuf au poivre which was so tender. I\m not sure why Le Canton doesn\t have more reviews because it is so good and I can\t wait to return. Crowed with locals!

We ordered Curry Chicken and Szechuan Chicken and of course a couple of drinks. The couple who were working were very nice and accommodating. When is arrived it looked great, as you will see in the pictures posted with this review. We should have realized when we were the first to arrive it was a bad sign. The Curry Chicken had a very faint curry taste to it. The Szechuan Chicken was very chewy, lots of grizzle, and not Szechuan not and numbing pepper taste to it at all. It was actually very bland. Would not return. And for Chinese, even in Paris we thought it was overly expensive for what we received.
