We have seldom been so welcome at a restaurant outside of the main tourist areas. Although I speak french, my wife and I are obviously not Parisian. We have been treated rudely at more than one restaurant in the area (see my review of Bistro Cent\8), but were made to feel at home here. The service was very good and the food impeccable. The escargot is quite good, and the Salade Gourmande (greens, toast, foie gras and smoked duck) is to die for. We were so impressed on our first visit that we made sure to come back on our last night in Paris to cap off the trip. Our waiter was attentive and patient when I stumbled occasionally for french words long forgotten. The prices are very reasonable for a quality brasserie in Paris and the portions more than sufficient. If you are staying nearby, you will not be disappointed having a meal here.

Selection of food and drinks was good- pizza, pasta, salads and meat dishes. Cocktails, wine, beer, champagne. Prices for mains roughly 13-17 so not so bad. Busy cafe with lots of locals so you know its a good place! We had 4 seasons pizza and penne with aubergine. Both were great. (Although pizza wasnt cut). Creme brulee for dessert was delicious. Thoroughly recommend!

Cafe LEphemere Paris，真的是一家超级有feel的bar呢，这边一进门一整面的酒柜，真的一下子吸引了我的眼光。店里还有一些有趣的雕塑。
