Visited Paris many times through out the years, and usually I just go with the flow when it comes to eatting, but as I was traveling with my 3 year old daughter this time we decided that finding somewhere that did good food at a good price and in a central location was needed. I had found a number of places online beforehand, and on the day after doing a boat tour we decided that it was time for dinner, and after a quick look on the map Chez Kelly was only a couple of streets away, so decided to give it a go. It is in a area full of nice restaurants and cafe/bars all offering amazing deals..... 3 course meal for 16 Euros, 14 Euros, 12 Euros etc....then we came to Chez Kelly and were gob smacked by its offers board of a 3 course meal for 10 Euros..... we actually did have to look a few times to make sure there was no catch, as it does seem far to good to be true.... we even thought that maybe the portions were tiny, yet everyone seemed to be tucking into meals with mountains of food on their plate. For our meal me and my wife had the French Onion Soup as a starter and a Pepper Steak for our main.... both were excellent and for our 3 year old daughter we ordered the pasta and salmon.... all was excellent and a (usually picky eater) daughter cleared her plate. For our deserts I ordered the ice cream and my wife ordered the crepe, which our daughter finished on her own. All in all extremely satisfied with our meal, and with 3 beers and 2 glasses of apple juice added in, the bill came to just short of 50 Euros. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Chez Kelly is certainly a hidden gem for eating while in Paris and if we had more time we probably would have eaten here again.

Had early evening meal in here, one of the many small eateries in St Severing. We went for the 10 euros set option of starter, main and sweet. Despite the bargain price, our meals were excellent. My wife had tartiflette which she pronounced excellent. I had the chicken escalope which was superb. All served by a very pleasant and efficient waitress. Highly recommended
