The Palais des Congres is a huge complex located at the Porte de Maillot, within a few steps of the Peripherique and sitting on top of the subway station. It is one of the stops of the Air France airport shuttle and it is always teeming with taxicabs. A modern, typically French building, it is not pretty, but it is functional. It is a mixed use building, with stores and restaurants on the two lower floors, a movie theatre at street level and ample subterranean parking. It is directly connected to the Hotel Concorde Lafayette, The conference facilities are reached by two sets of escalators. There are five levels, covering a lot of real estate, so the place can accommodate good sized conventions and meetings. The center has modular walls on some areas, so the space can be tailored to the users\ needs. AV support is excellent; the center provides its own security team. There are multiple fast food facilities on the lower floors and a large, high quality grocery store.

I was there for the Congress. very friendly place, free wi fi, air conditioning, a few restaurants. I didn\t shop there because of very high prices!
