This is a great spot. Window tables let you look out over Collins Street and down Market Street towards Southbank. The massive vacant block opposite also gives a very rare vista over some of the CBD\s heritage buildings down through to the old Port Authority Building. Enjoy the view it while it lasts. Hot Chocolates and latte were perfect on a drizzly Melbourne morning. All the usual suspects were available - eggs, bacon, sourdough (impossible to cut as usual too) but our favourite was the rosti with wild mushrooms. This was all topped off by genuinely happy staff and a great music selection including Phillip Phillips, Train, Passenger, and Mia Dyson\s Titanium I love that the outside tables are smoke free, Victoria is still prehistoric with this compared to Queensland.
