We decided at the last minute to eat out at TGI\s. We were able to get a booking close to the time we wanted. This is a favourite spot for us as we love the food here. Service is usually good but tonight as they were busy and with several large tables booked, it was slower than usual so we had to ask for cutlery, ask for drink refills and ask for additional dressing for the salad where normally these things happen automatically. Parking to get to TGI\s was no problem tonight as the shopping centre was closed but this sometimes causes a problem when there is late night trading at the centre.

We decided to pop in for lunch on the weekend. We had heard that the burgers were good, so we thought we would give it a try. Glad we did. The service was good but a times a little slow. We ordered our drinks which were amazing. My partner treated himself with a choc fudge milk shake- huge, rich and decadent! He loved it! I really enjoyed my iced coffee. We ordered the starter deal 3 for $28. Mac-cheese bites, Tuna on corn chips and meatballs They were all delicious- especially the Mac-cheese bites. So moreish!! We really could have stopped there but we had already ordered our Ultimate Burgers. Which arrived with chips and sticky Jack Daniels sauce. WOW! You need to be really hungry to get through these babies. Piled high with 2 beef patties, onion rings and salad. I knew I was not getting through mine! Very nice burger maybe a tad overlooked for my liking. The sticky Jack Daniels sauce made it! Not cheap but I think reasonable for the size of the meals. It can get rowdy. Didn’t really bother us. There tends to be rather a young crowd at this location anyway.
