I hate writing bad reviews, but I\m afraid Sakana just didn\t measure up. The waitress may have been new to the job, but she seemed to be completely lost. We had to ask for water twice, which you think would come pretty much immediately after placing your order. We ordered a few cooked items as well as sashimi and miso soup. We waited 30 min before even receiving the sashimi, which to our disappointment was frozen. We were sitting within eye view of the kitchen and freezers and it looked like most of their food is frozen produce. Miso soup usually gets served pretty quickly too, so it was surprising that after 30 min there was still no sign of the miso soup. We got over waiting and offered to pay for the sashimi we ate, but the owner was gracious enough to give it to us for free. Definitely won\t be going there unless I want my stomach to start eating itself as a new weight loss regime.
