Chai is a great little Thai takeaway in the heart of New Farm. One of the best things about this restaurant is I never have to wait long for my meal to be prepared. On calling ahead it is often ready by the time I pick up 10 minutes later. And the flavours are sublime. Real melt in the mouth experiences.

Small little corner restaurant lucky to have 6 tables inside, nestled away at the end of Merthyr Rd, being new to the area, dropped in midweek to give it a go. Firstly the service was very quick and attentive.....just getting takeaway ........stuck to old favs of Satay Chicken sticks for starter and Chicken pad thai....And was not disappointed, I would have to say that the Pad Thai was one of the best I have ever had, The servings where very generous and the Satay was beautiful so much flavour. Just goes to show you don\t have to be big to be great...Will be back many times in the future.
