We just celebrated a wonderful party. The first thing I would like to do is to thank Georgina Tziavaras [georgina@theforth.ca]from the bottom of my heart for her professionalism, warmth, helpfulness and organizational skills, the attitude of the staff before and during the celebrations and the utter fabulousness, if such a word exists- of my son and future daughter in law\s engagement party. I did not find The Forth from online marketing, or from a friend who had been there before. I read about the Forth on a blog which led me to another blog. I was at first wary of a place I had never heard of, or knew of anyone who had , but trusted my instincts, contacted The Forth and was put in touch with Georgina.. Soon after, and after a few emails, and several phone conversations, my husband and I came down to see the venue. The bride’s family also did and we were all in agreement that this was “the place” for us. It was beautiful and so perfect for hosting an engagement party which we had anticipated would be attended by 100 or more guests.Throughout the weeks leading up to the big day, Georgina was there for us, willing to listen, problem solve and help us create an event which will always be remembered. On the day of the party we were greeted by Georgina and also by her team- Lisa Lucas and Ile Naumovski who had already began creating a party atmosphere by placing the flowers on the tables and asking us if we thought the arrangements looked great or if they could move them to better suit our vision. The cakes we had ordered were already being placed on the sweet table. Ile asked us several times whether he could assist us and did by placing our guest candy bag treats at each place setting. He was just fantastic in every way, and I never saw him during the evening without a smile on his face and an attitude of “how can I help you.” ?
