Four years ago, when the other hotel was undergoing renovations, I fell in love with this Ritz Carleton. If you have been here before you don\t check in on the ground floor but at a cafe on Floor 20, You are invited to have some food or drinks before showing your passport (essential for international travel) and your credit card. People on floor 20 are truly welcoming and strangers talk to one another something I thought happened mainly in NYC. There is a sense of being in the \action\ and more than once I have eaten in the mezzanine with all manner of folks. If you know Canada then you know that most living and working here are so kind and open. The food is fabulous and if you have points you get 100 dollars of a free dinner and breakfast if you don\t want much. There is a happy feeling here. You can easily chat in elevators or lounges or that floor 20. The price is more than fair especially if you use points. My point is that it isn\t nor generic nor isolating and though it is closer to Pearson International Airport, it is still so lovely that I hope to return here when I do return.

Home cooked Filipino meal. Lunch for 3 with coffee for 30$. Grilled rainbow trout for 10.00. Looks like a great spot for breakfast omelette with shrimp 6.80 very tasty. You won\t be disappointed with the food and I like the ambience. No alcohol served just good food
