This is a restaurant from Julia Vysotskaya. She has a program on Food Network. So as a starting point out expectations were quite high. We sat on the terrace, although it was a bit chilly it is quite comfortable. The excess to botanic garden was a big plus. Ambiance both inside and the terrace was quite good. The menu items looked quite interesting. There were only two Hulia Vysotskaya signature dishes on the menu. I got one of them: spaghetti with red caviar and vodka. It was ok but not impressive. Appetizers were generally better. Bread choices were excellent. Main dishes in general good but there are a handful of restaurants who provide the same dish better. A few of our choices are excellent though: Thai soup, spring rolls, crab tortellini. Overall food quality is a four from three and a half. However service was quite slow, prices are high for the portions, many things we asked from the menu were sold out, and a few recommendations from the waitress were quite dull. So a half star is deducted I end up with three. I think with such location, a creative menu, and a big celebrity behind with a little bit focus this place can easily become a five star.
