As locals who occasionally drink in the hotel with friends, I can truthfully say that my wife and I have just had the worst dining experience of our lives. My wife and I ordered steak baguettes, which although pricey, came well presented with chips and coleslaw and looked appetising. However the meat content of said baguettes was extremely tough and flavourless being almost impossible to eat in the baguette and extremely difficult to cut on the plate. Moreover the coleslaw was watery and stale. On complaining to the manager, he said he would see the chef, Some time later, the chef did indeed appear.He refused to acknowledge that there was anything amiss. No refund or apology was offered.
