4th May at 0825. I asked for an extra hot latte, knowing my last coffee from here was warm. I was served a \extra hot\ latte and upon starting to drink it, it was again warm. I asked for it to be made hotter and was told \NO\. I still can\t get my head around the depth of rudeness throughout the Austrian service industry, If you want an excellent coffee in a relaxed environment head to Balthasar on Praterstrasse in the 2nd district. Great coffee and service with a smile!
