I\ve been here for a dinner with colleagues, usually, when I travel outside Italy, I do not look for Italian food, but I was invited here. I\ve read several feedback complaining about "not Italian" food. I did not eat pasta, but I get a bruschetta and a pizza and both were fine, better than many pizzeria in Italy. Maybe they changed the chef, but the guy from Calabria made a very good pizza with ham and rocket. Ok, nobody in Italy would ask for a pizza with chicken, but Ulm is not in Italy... or do you really think that Chinese restaurants in Italy makes real Chinese cuisine? The place is very fine, on the side of a channel in the old Ulm. Attendants do not speak Italian, but again, we are not in Italy, so why should they?
