This is my family\s go-to korean bbq place. Whatever day of the week, time of the evening, we are happy to always served by the friendly waiters. If you want to sit on the \floor\, make sure to reserve. Otherwise, you\ll be directed to the table/chairs set-up. Go for the fresh galbi for awesome beef bbq. We hardly ever order anything more because the korean bbq and the side dish itself are already filling. However, if you must - then ask for the assorted mini korean pancakes. Always a nice complement to the korean bbq feast at your table. Servers and managers of the Daorae + in Solaris Mont\Kiara are very accommodating and friendly with kids. Strongly recommend this as a family-friendly eating place. My only comment for improvement for Daorae is to clean their grills. When we are the last users of the table, it\s not very appealing to see the \insides\ of the grills anymore. Nevertheless, I can well imagine that this sort of thing happens elsewhere...

According to friends, this is one of the first Korean BBQ restaurants to open in KL. I ate at the Hartmas Branch (the original). I am assuming all the branches are similar as it is a franchise. No complaints about service even if the servers are not Korean and the food is very foreign to them. The meat portions were a little bit small, but very delicious. The sides dishes were ample and we could easily get refills of everything. The taste was excellent. Given the number of Korean nationals there, I am assuming it is at least "acceptable" to natives. Overall, I recommend it as good fun and good food.
