Visited Crazy Crab on labour day again , it wasn\t too crowded or packed but their service is very slow and bad ... Compare to my last visit ! This time I noticed there are a lot of waiter and waitress working there , however it didn\t help on their service and order taking .... I ordered a pot of tea , it take forever to serve!!!! And I need to follow up my order at least 5 times only they able to serve my tea... It\s ridiculous where they are numbers of staff is walking around !!! Despite poor services, they still served yummy crabs , especially their signatures butter milk & chilis !! Luckily their food is still delicious else I think most of us will drop this place for family , friend gathering dinner place! For price range, it\s slightly higher compare with other restaurant , RM95/kg. Don\t worry for sure worth the price you paid , cause they are fresh and nice..... Overall if they improve their service and etc , it would bring even more customer to them ..... Note: all above are my personal opinions it doesn\t involved anybody.

Dropped in for lunch one Sunday close to their siesta break time. Ordered butter crabs, veggies and fried noodles. Oue intention is to tryout their crabs. Left a little disappointed that there isn\t much gravy and it\s almost dried. Is that how it\s supposed to be,am not sure. I have tried butter crabs elsewhere with generous gravies. It\s definitely overpriced but I expected that already.
