Just had dinner at Esquire in Plaza OUG. The vegetables (Hong Kong Nai Bak) was good. But, the spare ribs signature dish was a total disappointment. 4/5 of the dish was only bones, & it\s not spare ribs, but large bones for making soup - I am not exaggerating. We had the same spare ribs about 1 month ago & it was good & it was really spare ribs. Today\s so-called spare ribs "signature dish" was mixed with large bones that have very little meat. When we have feedback to the waitresses, they gave very lame excuses that it\s like that - as though we were eating it for the first time! ! If a rating can be given for quality, the vegetables get 7 out of 10 (good). But the spare ribs get 1 out of 10 (very poor / disappointing). If we were ever to eat there again (should we even give them another chance to disappoint us?), we will NEVER order that so-called signature dish again! !
