I only went in to the restaurant to order a portion of large fries to take out as I was peckish. I went in around 9pm and there were three customers in front of me. After 5 or so minutes one customer received their food which is very slow considering the food is already pre cooked and sitting on the shelf. There were two people taking orders- a girl who seemed like she didn\t know what she was doing whilst her male colleague decided to take one customer\s order slowly then closed the till whilst he proceeded to make up cardboard boxes (possibly for his customers order). By this stage I had waited almost 15 minutes and was getting very irritated by the staff\s lazy attitudes. I walked out after at least 15 minutes! I also seen another colleague who was walking around using his mobile to take calls also whilst walking around the kitchen in order to get his working day in. This store is an absolute joke! The food looks dried out from being cooked much earlier and put under the heat lamp. Maybe they did me a favour by being horrendously slow!
