I have dined at Waves numerous times and this occasion did not disappoint. The prawns and oysters were very moorish forcing me to return to the buffet for another plateful. The crumbed fish had a very special flavour. Overall the selection of hot and cold food and deserts would satisfy any diner. The table service was what you expect at a five star restaurant.
