Soba, a Japanese noodles made of buckwheat, was really good. The taste is similar as in a Japanese restaurant in Tokyo. Never expected such, I enjoyed.

Chefs of this Japanese Noodle (Soba) Restaurant were trained in Togakushi Village of Nagano Prefecture, Japan, a famous Soba restaurants place. Taste is really Japanese and Soba noodle itself is fresh. Not only Soba but they prepare other menu cooked by Soba Wheat (Buckwheat) flour. Prices are a little high (NPR 1,200++ for Soba Set) but it is worth to try.
