My friend and I ordered the all day breakfast and my other friend ordered soup. The soup came 20 minutes after we ordered but the breakfasts did not come till 30 minutes after this and when the waiter noticed this all he said was \oh that shouldn\t have happened\. However, It says on the menu that there is a 15 minute promise\ which is totally false. My friends breakfast did not come with herb potatoes but had chips instead and when we asked the waiter about this he did not understand what we were saying and told us that they don\t sell herb potatoes. We told him it had it on their menu and that it says nothing about chips but he didn\t understand us so sent another waitress over. She again was confused with the problem and could not understand what was wrong with our order and finally asked us if we would like the chef to make some potatoes for extra and made out as if we were asking for something not on the menu! This was a very confusing experience as the waiter who took our order at the start had asked if we wanted the herb potatoes or a potato scone like it asks on the menu? Throughout this, we seen many customers leave as they repeatedly asked for a menu and after 10 minutes, still did not get one. The staff did not seem to know what was going on and were running about everywhere and what I assumed was the manager, had to come out to sort everything out as no one was getting their food or even a menu!

Usually love frankie & bennys & have visited a few before but this was the worst. So many staff but no one knew what they were doing, our drinks never came had to ask three times for them. Food was lovely when it came but was quite a wait & considering we had flight to catch they need to be more aware. lots of people around us were getting wrong food, the servers were milling around with plates no idea where to serve them. Asked for the bill it never came so had to go to the till where one waitress was so rude to her colleague when he asked her to wipe down a table. Needless to say we didn\t leave a tip. Next time il head to wetherspoons around the corner.
