Nevertheless, we still went ahead to order something off their ala cart menu. Located on the 57th floor of Marina bay sands, you\ll get to enjoy a view of downtown Singapore. We ordered the 3 dishes: For my coursed meal, I picked: 1. Japanese fried chicken karaage - 8/10 nothing fancy but the skin was very very crispy and thin! The chicken was well seasoned and the meat was tender and juicy! 2. Honey Miso Broiled Black Cod Hijiki Rice, House Made Japanese Pickles, Ikura, Wasabi, Chives, Sesame - 10/10 The dish was carefully put together. It was sweet, sour, savory - well balanced flavours and texture. I highly recommend! 3. Burrata with Roasted Beets Crispy San Daniele Prosciutto, Sicilian Pistachios, Rocket, Citrus Shallot Dressing - 8/10 Not a fan of this but my sister loved it. If you love burrata and vegetables you would most probably love this! In addition, they served us a complimentary champagne for my birthday celebration! Unlike the last visit, they have stopped serving their soft bread with assorted butter. Overall the staff was attentive, the ambiance was amazing, it’s an amazing place to visit on a quiet weekday! #singapore
