最近出了一个新菜，继去年甘牌烧味出过一次琵琶鸭，但是是传统版，这次加入了23年老陈皮加以镛记的古法进行腌制，味道会渗透到鸭子里至骨头。烤制会需要45分钟，做法比较繁琐，所以如果想吃到整只琵琶鸭需要提前一天预订，价格$78++/只。皮非常的香脆，肉质方面离骨比较近的部分筋比较难咬断，肉质偏紧实还可以在软嫩一些。酸梅酱会一不小心沾多了，好在酸甜可口。喜欢吃琵琶鸭的可以先点一份小的尝一下，喜欢可以跟家人一起分享整只。

Just before my flight out of Singapore, decided to have lunch at Kam’s Roast Changi Jewel. This is a one star Michelin restaurant originated from Hong Kong China. They are famous for their roast stuff like duck and pork. Went for their iberico chia siu and crispy roasted pork. Totally nice as super juicy and the blend and roast was perfect. This is definitely a must try if you are in Jewel. The layout of the restaurant is nothing in particular as they are focus on the food quality I think. 👍
