Visited on 20 april 8 pm. Primarily to recce the venue for a corporate function. Had dinner and drinks. We ordered fish and chips, carbobara and salted egg prawns. All is still decent though the fries seem to be re-fried again. The live band - Music Stream - was really good and lively. Overall a good experience. Recommended for those to experience local live band culture and food. The staff were very polite and attentive.

Had beer battered fish and chips - loved it! We had Manhattan\s Fish and Chips not too long ago and found we enjoyed this one much more. I love going to live music bars and this one, while more mandarin-oriented, had great atmosphere. You could also put through song requests but judging from the full crowd, you\d probably have to wait a long while (we left before my English song requests were entertained so I\m not sure whether they didn\t fulfil it or had a long list of requests).

The ambience is nothing great, simple decor and setting done with minimal budget. They serve both local and Western food and have mixed success in their fusion attempts. I didn\t like my main course, Seafood Laksa Pesto Linguine, but my appetizer, Spam & Carrot Cake was great. Prices are Ok for the Clarke Quay area where prices are generally high. The band, Jeep, that performed (every Mon night) was great. They did mostly Mandarin songs and some English numbers very well. They\re talented, unpretentious and likeable with their friendly ways.
