Arrived here at 6pm for a pre-theatre meal. The show was due to start at 7:30 and the theatre is a 5 minute walk away, so thought this would be no problem. After waiting nearly an hour and being told that they were trying their best to serve everyone, we decided to cancel the meal and my money was refunded. At 7:15, as we were leaving for the theatre, the meals arrived. I told them we had already cancelled and received our money back !! We were now very hungry and had to make do with crisps and chocolates bought in the foyer. If only they had told us that delays were likely, at least we could have gone somewhere else.
