Craving for a kfc, and its my first time to come here in Kfc Samui .. i asked the girl that i wanted to eat chicken and rice non-spicy so she recommended one of the meals and I asked is it good, well of course she said yes, it cost 69 baht, a minere water cost 20 baht .. well much better if you just buy in Tops Market wc is beside it much cheaper. So everything was okay. I asked for a little gravy to put it on top of my rice, she said no .. i need to pay 55 baht for it because it is in the package, anyways i still pay for it, no problem. Here comes the food, damn I almost puke, because in the chicken they put leaves i dunno for them but for me its really not good for my taste. So i decided to buy again right away. I ordered a chicken wc is 35baht only much better and a rice. They didnt even ask why i have to order again, why i brought the food back to them, so much for a concern. Even their gravy is not that good either. The name of the cashier named Natianan? I hope next time dont recommend like that. Youre making your customer waste their money. And management should make their staffs to train customer service.
