I went there on a dinner party. We all paid €13.90 as a flat cost per person, which included drinks and dessert. We were asked to choose from 3 dishes (a very narrow range if you ask me...): beef escalopes in coffee sauce, chicken thighs or haddock fillets. I went for chicken thigh. I mean thigh, not thighs, as I got only one, accompanied with chips and salad. The portion was quite small for an adult in opinion, especially for Portugal, where portions are usually generously served in restaurants across the country. The sangria was short on the wine and the desserts were (industrial) ice-cream and chocolate cake of a worse quality than the one you can easily get at your local supermarket. I was left with the impression they went too far in cutting corners here and ended up offering a meal which I think was rather poor. Despite the portions being small, the below-average quality of the ingredients as well as the sangria and the desserts left a lot to be desired, service was good. Waiters/waitresses were swift to bring the orders, had an eye for detail, and were extremely friendly. Overall, considering what you pay for what you get, I\d say the place is rather commercial, and I wouldn\t recommend it to a friend. Plenty of of better choices in downtown Lisbon if you\re looking to avoid a restaurant-for-tourists where good food and offering value-for-money isn\t their top priority.
