While located within a butcher shop , conceptually the idea is lovely , The customers would choose their cut at the butchers deck and wait for it to be served on their table Despite not being a fan of dried aged beef , I failed to appreciate the significance of this technique . To me it\s overrated The rump I ordered did come juicy , full of flavor , but still it was no where near the best . Tokyo is no shy of Steak houses with loads of options to go . I think Nakasei Uchimesi , as much as it was worth the try out , has nothing special to give in return
