Went for dinner to Shima the Japanese Wagyu Steak is one of the best I have ever had. The appetizers were nice, but the main attraction is the Steak! We had the last seating, so the Chef was a bit chatty as the restaurant had only a few people left. He inquired with us the weight and type of cut we would like, and literally came with a weighing machine and weighed the meat in front of us before putting it on the Grill. We opted for one Fillet and One Sirloin and to be honest the sirloin with the extra bit of fat was just absolutely outstanding it just melts in your mouth! Can’t wait to go back to Tokyo for some more.
