The restaurant is very small with 6 tables, one chef who is the only staff in the restaurant. Moreover, you would not feel inadequate as the environment is excellent. the restaurant is located in the small uphill platform, with a big balcony overlooking the trees. The food is fresh, I.e. Back to basic for tasting the delicious fresh food, no additional sauce to cover the freshness of the food. Please note that the restaurant is only served with pre-booking via phone and is required to choose the menu (4, 5 or 6 course) during reservation. The chef can speak very limited English and a lot of local article covering this restaurant but not the foreign one. The local people shares that it is a hidden gem in this island. Bon appetite!
