First off, Matt\s Joint Grill isn\t actually in Krabi Town - it\s on Koh Phi Phi! Last night at Matt\s I enjoyed an order of chicken wings as my starter, beef tacos as my main and a few cocktails to drink. While the chicken wings were quite delicious and the tacos themselves were also pretty delicious, a few things really hold this place back for me: 1. Both my girlfriend and I are pretty certain that we received some sort of food poisoning or other food-borne illness, likely from uncooked vegetables used in our tacos and salads. Maybe this isn\t a common occurrence and it\s possible it was from somewhere else, however we had only eaten one meal that day, and it was from Matt\s. 2. The taco shells in my order weren\t baked properly and were pretty hard to eat. Other than that, the drinks and food were pretty good, however having to sit on a toilet for most of the next day is not really how I want to spend my time.
