The Taverna is located along the main beach road opposite the French Brasserie de Paris. It has a bit of a Greek decor, with inside and outside seating area. The staff are very friendly and the food is simple but clearly prepared by someone who loves to make food not only taste very good but also look good on your plate.. I had the spinach soup each time I went there, I think it is delicious. I had the fish steak, chicken in tomato sauce, and the filled paprikas... All dishes were prepared with the same care and tasted delicious. As price-quality ratios go, this is definitely one of the (if not the) best addresses in Hua Hin. Highly recommended.
