The customer service here is really poor and slow. We had to wait for our drinks to be made and take to the table ourselves even where we asked if they could take for us due to luggage. The food is nice for what you get the hot chips are quite funky not your average chip. We had to ask 3 times for our bacon and egg pie which came from a cabinet which didn’t need cooked or anything Was hard to find a clean table and the place was very quiet. Needs to pick up there standards

Was quite disappointed by the quality of food. I\m usually impressed by this chain of restaurants but I think this one might need a re jig! The highlight was the waffle fries but that\s probably the extent of what I would recommend. Good for families or if you wanted a quick drink only.
