I thought I would try the $5 lunchtime special pizza. It is hard to get better value than $5 for a lunch that will also fill you up. They had a good selection although the menu was tricky as the specials are on the back page but that is fine. Ordered a vego pizza of red onion, peppers and spinach on a thin crispy crust. Wow! I thought it was amazing. Seriously good. They had another vego offering as well which I would get next time. As I said, the value is excellent. Ten minutes wait is not too bad if you know that in advance, They have a board displaying where your pizza is in the production line. And now for the bad. I waited for my pizza and sat inside. It was then I noticed how filthy the place was. Floor dirty with even a cigarette butt on the floor. The counter was smeared and digusting. I then looked through to the kitchen and could see the front of the fridges. OMG, the same smeary marks all over the fronts, It made me wonder what the rest of the place was like. I know pizzas are now budget food but I do not think any food place should be dirty, in this case seriously dirty. Maybe the cleaner was away, it might have been a one off but when all it takes it a quick wipe over, especially in the kitchen. Not impressed.
